Catering General Information
Deposit: A $100.00 check or a credit card number is required. Payment: Payment for your event is due the day of the event prior to the time of service. Prices include: disposable plates, plastic ware, and paper napkins. Linen tablecloths are available at $12 each. Service Charge: The service charge is added to cover the costs associated with the setup and preparation of your catering. This is not a gratuity for the staff working your party. A gratuity can be added at your discretion at the time of payment. Duration: All events are priced for two and one half hours, including half hour set up, one and one half hours of service, and half hour breakdown. If the event requires a longer set-up, it will be provided at no extra charge. Extra service time is available at additional charge. All catered events include two servers. Additional servers are available at $100 each. Additional service will be charged based on the time required. Guest Count: An accurate guest count is due 72 hours prior to the engagement. No changes accepted. All Prices are subject to sales tax and a 19% service charge. Bar Package: If supplying your own alcohol, add $250 for the mixers, garnishments, napkins, straws, clear acrylic glassware, and ice. Each bartender will cost $175 for your event.
